Shading is the most important factor in power loss in solar energy systems because it prevents sunlight from reaching all parts of the module, resulting in a significant decrease in energy production.

This problem was effectively addressed when developing the Sunshare Ray balcony solar system. We innovatively integrated parallel connection technology into the system and used N TopCon 1/3-cut solar cells, allowing the solar system to deliver exceptional performance even in shady conditions.

N-type TopCon ⅓-cut solar cells

The ⅓-cut design allows the solar cells to work independently, ensuring that the module consistently delivers peak performance even in the face of temporary factors such as shading.

This allows each module to operate independently, so if one module is shaded or underperforms, the performance of the other modules is not significantly affected. As a result, the overall system can maintain higher efficiency and performance even if some modules are not operating optimally.
