If you need to cancel an order on the official Sunshare website, we offer a full refund for orders that have not yet been shipped (usually within two business days). Please note that your payment method (bank/PayPal, etc.) may charge a transaction fee (1.5 percent for credit card users, 2 percent for PayPal users, and 2.6 percent for Klarna users).
Please note that an order cannot be cancelled directly after it has been shipped. Please contact us to recall the order or refuse the delivery when it arrives at your address. Sunshare will offer a full refund after the shipment is successfully cancelled or returned. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at support@sunsharetek.com for assistance. However, we do not offer compensation for any losses resulting from the cancellation of crowdfunding or pre-sale orders, including but not limited to principal, interest, exchange rates, and opportunity costs. By participating in crowdfunding or pre-sale orders, you agree to assume any such losses that may result from their cancellation.
Return & Refund
At Sunshare, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products to Sunshare within 30 days of receiving the item.
If the customer requests a return or exchange within 30 days of purchasing the product due to quality-related reasons, the relevant logistics costs (including but not limited to freight, taxes and customs clearance fees) will be borne by Sunshare.
If the customer requests a return or exchange within 30 days of purchasing the product for reasons not related to quality, the relevant logistics costs (including but not limited to freight, taxes and customs clearance fees) shall be borne by the customer. The return shipping costs are available for reference. The relevant logistics costs depend on which region the consumer submits the product, what is the weight and volume of the product.
Please note that we can only accept returns and exchanges for products made within 30 days from the date of purchase and without quality issues. Orders made more than 30 days ago without quality issues cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the product has quality issues, rework will be carried out according to Sunshare warranty policy. In case the service policy conflicts with local laws and regulations, any laws and regulations of the country shall prevail.

and include your name, the items you wish to return, and order information with sufficient proof of purchase, such as the order number from online purchases through Sunshare or a sales invoice.
Buyers must also provide the serial number of the defective item and/or visible proof of the defect. It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
SunshareSupport team will respond to you within 1-2 business days to process the Return Material Authorization (RMA).
All returns must have an RMA number for processing.
Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. RMA numbers should be clearly marked on the return label of each package returned to Sunshare. Do not write the RMA number on the green box.
Packages without an RMA number on the return label may not be accepted by our local warehouse.

Returned products must be unused and the outer packaging of the product must not be damaged.
Any returned item must be returned with product manuals, cables and all accessories. We will not accept returns if the product is damaged or accessories are missing.
Sunshare is not responsible for lost or damaged products.
After we receive the returned items, please allow us 5-7 business days to process your refund.
Please note that we only accept returns and refunds for products purchased directly from Sunshare. Customers who purchased our products from authorized retailers should contact the retailer directly for returns and refunds.

Within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the Product if the Product has suffered significant damage during transport, provided that proof of damage can be provided to Sunshare by the carrier.

Replacement products or parts provided by Sunshare do not have to be new, but they must be in good condition and have at least the same functionality as the original product or part.
